For many years Pacific Rim Funds has been helpful to developers that have been caught up for months in the banking process only to be denied the funding or loans they need to complete a project. Pacific Rim Funds can come in with new funds, via mortgage and profit participation "most developers have had this happen". We are also able to take over a project that the developer will surly lose. We will also do the "Bank Work" with new funds, thus keeping the developer in the deal. In concideration, our ability to close quickly, and get things back on track are one of our stronger points.
We will also buy cash flow type developments at a discount, and pay the owner cash at closing.
We understand many deals are time sensitive, so our process has been simplified "using your current package you have in hand..thus saving precious time and money."
We will do up to 95 % funding as a Joint Venture Partner.
The current market at this time is showing signs of moving up, so there are plenty of opportunities with cash investments.
We welcome brokers and will secure thier interest.
With cash at closing, we will also Joint Venture with other hedge funds to mitigate risk and share in profit, as well as Business financing.
